Cely Kael writes science fantasy shaped by big imagination and bigger questions. The kind that start with “what if?” and refuse to leave him alone.

A Filipino immigrant and U.S. Air Force veteran, he turned to writing in 2022 as a personal outlet. When saying things out loud felt complicated, putting them into stories felt honest. What began as a private way to process things slowly grew into a deep love for storytelling.

Outside of writing, Cely keeps life grounded and simple, spending time with his soulmate, Melissa, and their husky, who somehow manages to be both the household’s chaos and its heart.
